Mary Magdalene vs. Milanoo

I don't know how recent this is but I just noticed MM posted an anti-Milanoo statement on their site so I took the liberty of translating it.

Original site is here:

Notification and request for your cooperation

Recently we have been receiving notices nearly everyday from our customers that a website from China called Milanoo has been using images from our website and selling replicas and imitations of our products.

We would like to express that firstly this website has absolutely no connection to ours, and that we have heard reports that the items ordered from said site are of terrible quality, and are replicas and imitations which have absolutely nothing to do with our company. Please note that buying items through this company should be a judgment made at one’s own risk.

We feel an intense displeasure about them using our images and designs without permission and although we have tried to contact them many times with our grievances, they never respond, and as this is an international and therefore complicated issue we have wracked our brains trying to come up with a solution to the problem but to no avail.

In addition, we have submitted an appeal requesting the withdrawal of Milanoo’s ads to Google adWords at this site:
but there has been no response from them whatsoever. Fakes and forgeries are against their publicized advertising policy and we have insisted that is precisely what is going on but still we remain with no response.

We are filled with great anxiety at making many customers concerned about our company, and although we are trying hard to remedy this problem, we find ourselves in an extremely difficult situation.

The fact that it is a Chinese site and we want them to stop using our images is extremely difficult so even getting Google to stop running their ads would be a desirable start.

Like always, we are working hard to make constant improvement as a company.

Again regarding the current topic, we would like to ask for the cooperation of our customers who have notified us of the problem plus those customers who are thinking of emailing us about it. It would be more beneficial to our company if you would send your emails directly to Google in order to fix the problem more efficiently. We humbly request your cooperation.
